Choose two or three useful signals
Start with the areas that would genuinely make your week clearer: perhaps sleep, mood, water, a habit, or activity. More fields do not automatically create more insight.
Give each signal a simple reason for being there. If you cannot explain what you hope to learn, leave it out for now.
Give the check-in a home
A tiny evening reset or a post-lunch note is easier to remember than an open-ended intention. Connect the check-in to a moment that already happens.
The point is to remove the decision of when to track. Your routine can be short and still tell you something useful.
Review once, then simplify
After a week or two, ask whether each tracker is earning its place. Keep the pieces that help; pause the rest. Your personal system should be allowed to change with your life.
Meoww lets you start with what matters now, not a fixed template you have to outgrow.
