Using Meoww
These terms govern your use of the Meoww iOS app and website. By creating an account or using Meoww, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may download your information or permanently delete your account from the app at any time.
Personal tracking, not medical advice
Meoww is a personal organization and tracking tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, financial advice, or professional nutritional care. Tracker summaries, scores, image analysis, calorie estimates, and generated targets can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace qualified professional advice.
If you have an emergency or immediate safety concern, contact local emergency services. Speak with a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health, medication, nutrition, finances, or safety.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it back to you and to provide features you request. Do not use Meoww unlawfully, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or abuse the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Meoww useful and available, but features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend access where reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or maintenance.
Third-party services
Meoww relies on services such as Apple platform features, cloud authentication and hosting, maps, and requested image analysis. Their separate terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Meoww is provided “as is” and without guarantees that it will always be accurate, available, or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Meoww or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or a material security risk. Provisions that logically survive termination will continue to apply.
